Planning a destination Wedding in the UK or EU can be a daunting task. We here at Everlasting Photo will be there with you every step of the way. We will keep in constant contact with you to make sure you can rest knowing that your photography is in safe hands!

Step 1
The first step is to get in touch so we can arrange a call and go over everything about your day! Venue, location, what you have planned and what you would like from your photography will be covered! It's a great way to get to know each other before your big day!
Step 2
We both sign a contract and when you have paid the booking fee you are fully booked in! We will keep in regular contact throughout your journey with us and you will get a few questionnaires along the way to help us get to know you and whats important for you to be captured on the day!
Step 3
The big day! We will fly out at least the day before your wedding and stay local to your venue, we can have a meet up when we land and go through the last few things just before the big day!
We will be there with you right from the beginning of the day right into the evening capturing those party shots!
FAQ
How much is the package and what is included?
As a guide prices start from $7000 which includes all travel and expenses. On the day you get full day coverage from prep all the way late in to the night. We will also have a mini portrait session where we can get those "WOW photos too! You will get unlimited photos from the day sent to you in an private online gallery as well as a Luxury Album so you can cherish your photos for year to come!
What is the booking fee?
The booking fee secures your date! This is non-refundable and calculated at 30% of your total invoice.
How do we pay?
This is actually very easy, you can pay in USD by bank transfer as long as your bank is a part of the SWIFT payment system. the booking fee is due on booking with the remaining balance due 1 month before your wedding.
Can we meet before?
We will have a zoom meeting after you get in touch to go over everything. We can then have calls or more zoom calls whenever you would like! Before your Wedding when we have all arrived at the destination we can have one last face to face meeting to have a run through of the day.
When you will arrive before the wedding?
For Weddings in the EU we will fly out to your location at least the day before on an early flight. For destinations that only have late night arrivals we may fly out a little earlier to ensure that we are there in good time and ready to capture your day!
When will we receive our pictures?
You will get your photos back within 8 weeks of your wedding date. Your album will be ready approximately 4 weeks after. We will have a meeting to go over your album where you can upgrade your album and add any other item!
